We also support the Obsidian community by monitoring and responding to our support email channel. We attempt to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Premium support with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We don’t limit our clients to a support term – any customer with a valid paid license has access to unlimited technical support. We guarantee community support for two years beyond a version release date.
$7500 per year
For up to 50 support/feature request/hot fix requests.
$7500 minimum annually
Charged in $7500 increments. No annual carryover; guaranteed 12 hour response.
Premium support provides technical support with a guaranteed 12 hour response time. Basic development and usage guidance assistance are also provided. This support option grants the customer priority access to emergency hot fixes before they are generally available. Premium support requests are always prioritized over Basic support clients.
